Who am I?
I am Luiza Janiskaite, a licensed clinical psychologist. I am a person who loves the world and life in it. It is important for me: to be there, to listen, to help, and to provide support. My goal is to help you find answers to the questions you care about during our sessions. We do this by analyzing your self and the world around you, the interaction of it, and its influence on the quality of your life.
I provide help in solving personal and psychological problems in the English language. I work with science-based techniques: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), schema therapy, and mindfulness. I invite you to immerse yourself in the exploration of yourself, and professional psychological consultations that allow you to find balance in solving existing difficulties. My services are focused on creating a safe environment for our cooperation and your personal development.
